4.1 We will use the personal information we collect: 4.1.1 to provide our services; 4.1.2 where you apply for a job vacancy through Weirdly, to generate, based on your answers to any quiz you answer through Weirdly, an assessment and ranking of the degree to which you fit the culture and values of the hiring business; 4.1.3 to recommend you as a candidate to businesses with job vacancies that may interest you based on information that you have provided to us; 4.1.4 identify you when you sign-in to your account and verify that your account is not being used by others; 4.1.5 carry out research and analysis so we can better understand and serve you and to improve the services that we provide to you; 4.1.6 personalise content, advertisements or links relevant to your geographic area or device-type; 4.1.7 gather broad anonymous demographic data (such as the number of visitors from a geographic area); 4.1.8 communicate with you in relation to Weirdly and any other services we provide from time to time; 4.1.9 to protect and/or enforce our legal rights and interests, including defending any claim; 4.1.10 for any other purpose authorised by you or applicable law; and 4.1.11 co-operate with any government, industry or regulatory authorities.

Retention of your information
8.1 We will only hold your personal information for as long as permitted by applicable laws. You may have the right under applicable law to access and/or correct your personal information held by us. You can do this by contacting us using the details below.
Deletion of your information
9.1 If we delete your TalentProfile, that removes you completely from the talent pool. That means if at some point in the future, you DO want work again, you won’t be put forward. Or rather, you’ll have to find out about the job and create an entirely new TalentProfile.
Instead, you could mark yourself as ‘unavailable’ by checking the box in your profile under the ‘Availability’ tab. Then, if you need a new job in the future sometime - you move house or go back to school and want part time instead of full time work - you can just jump back in, uncheck the box and you’ll be back in the consideration pool for new opportunities.
9.2 If you don’t want to be considered for any new roles, we can delete your profile. This will remove you completely so maybe take a second to make sure you’re sure. If you decide YES you’d like your data permanently deleted, please:
- Email us at email@example.com to request deletion - Let us know the reason for your request - Provide details of the organisation/s from which you would like your profile deleted
